if you saw my tokyo blue ss, this is pretty much the same with a couple diff things. i changed the eppie theme (closest i could find that matched), dropped off trillian, can't really find one i like that matches, custom webview, icons are faux_s blue for iconpackager, custom 3dcc scheme. hope you likes.

I like the blue in this, it would have been cool though to see a wianamp shot added in with this.

eppie still doesnt match since everything is flat except those buttons, try making your own, its not very hard...the winamp doesnt really, match you should re-color it

if i found the stock photo of that.. i'd go nuts.. i remember i was inspired to do something along the lines of the wallpaper.. but i couldn't find the right picture... awesome

It's pretty awesome, only thing I can think of (that it lacks in) is balance. The wallpaper acts as a divider, but there is much more stuff below the photo than above.
