Artist's Note
Was going to make a theme based on the red from the original wallpaper color of Magritte meets robocop, but then I saw the deFine icqplus skin, so I used the color off of that.
Here we go:

Well, the ICQ skin matches the wallpaper, the taskbar matches, but it's a little plain. The gradient behind the clock is just not my thing, but if you like it, then by all means keep it. You might want to find a new Winamp skin though, the blue in the skin doesn't match the wallpaper at all. It's got potential, but there's more to be done :D

Good idea! I like the background and the system bar is nice. But navy blue + black = bad. I would enjoy seeing perhaps a second version of this desktop.

oh yeah, font is silkscreen, and using TransparencyFX plugin for winamp. I also put entire cds of music on my computer, so that's why there is a $h1tload of mettalica on the playlist.
Magritte meets robocop is edited as well.
