alright, this is better, but the icons don't match, the wallpaper does not match too well, where is the window skinning?

icons suck, too many icons, too bulky, not that great of a wallpaper. other than that, decent. :D

Not quite sure what you're trying to pull off here. Try and make things more simple and unified. And try and clean up your desktop.

You need to learn how to coordinate your colors. Your wallpaper is very cheesy, your shades of blue and gray don't match. Your desktop is cluttered, You need new icons as well.
