A bit of blue a bit of 'tech'::. Still cant fucking change the recycle bin text.. someone has to have a simple way to do it in XP.. HELP!

Nice icon placement, nice use of transparency on trillan, makes it seem like it's part of the background. The WindowBlinds/Winamp skins don't really match, since they're grey and the rest of it is blue. Don't look that bad though.

I haven't found an easy way to change the recycle bin text in XP either, but if you happen to be running Norton SystemWorks 2002, it will change the text to whatever you want using the Norton Protected Recycle Bin options or whatever it is.
