blah all laugh @ what my college restricts me too. However i do like my background which is a piece of flash from phong.com anyhow there it is.

colleges put password locks and administrator locks on almost everything. but, there are ways around it. =)

it makes it so we can't change anything on it at all
it also doesn't let you write to anything in like the windows folders or to like .dll files so you kind of can't download litestep or windowblinds
i also can't delete any of the icons on my desktop except for ones i actually put there
so that isn't very customized i was just bored and thought i would show you why i am bored
there are always ways around and thats how i changed my wp from the one they "make" you have but other than that college sucks :P
