Forground picture --> Bad scan. Upgrade your scanner or use better quality medium. Although the background (big face) wasn't a respectable scan either, it's shows better because of the gamma correction.

Yeah, I figured it would be dumb to post this but I thought what the hell. The quality is bad 'cause its a gif. The jpg ended up being 3 meg.
