Ruined Inc is an awesome theme. Yes, you can read the text. It's really cool. It's a dark theme, but it's a pretty damn nice dark theme. Nice job utilizing this meta.

which window is active? I can see the text not being easy to read, but if the IM and IE are inactive then theres nothing wrong with the low contrast. Besides if he can read it then that's his choice to go blind :) Besides that, looks neat.
