Nice & clean setup and colors, if you drop a few more tray icons i think it would be really nice.

I like the placement of Winamp (which no one else seems to have noticed), and the sys info at the right side is well placed, but you should take the wallpaper and resample it correctly instead of having Windows strech it and make those diagonal lines look like crap. Colors (or should I say shades?) are well mixed, and tighten the overall feel, but the icons in the tray are too distracting. It wouldn't hurt to replace/hide them and maybe add some desktop icons of the proper color and graphic style in the correct locations.
