Announcement for users of the Rainemter Skins area of Customize.org

All submissions to the Rainemter Skins area () must be in the .rmskin (Rainmeter Skin Package) format. Any submissions not in this format will be hidden from all but the author until they are corrected.

The best way to get your creations into the .rmskin format is to get the latest Rainmeter 2.3 release version from , then take a look at this guide:

In addition, any submission with "Comments Disabled" will just be deleted without notice. This is to protect our users from malware submissions where the submitter disables comments so our users can't warn each other about problems. Hidden or Disabled comments on submissions in the Rainmeter Skins area will no longer be allowed.

These changes to the Rainmeter Skin area of Customize.org are to both make installing skins for all our users much easier, and to help protect all of us from those who might wish our systems harm.
