Artist's Note
The Precision Clock is fully based on Rainmeter codes for its design structure. Hour and Minute times are shown next to the Clock Hands. Seconds are shown as a percentage of a complete revolution. A sector as well as an angle is created between the Hour and Minute hands for design.
All my clocks are fully customizable nontheless this one. You're allowed to adjust the dimensions and colors of this clock to what ever you like in the [Variables] Section of the code.
