Artist's Note
With a bit of help from JPsCrazy, I solved the HP numbers issue, so I thought I'd upload the revised version.
The "Snap-To" and some of the spacing and stuff are a bit wonky on this version, so I'm leaving the old one up, just in case anyone prefers it.
Unzip the file to your Skins folder, and install the "PKMN RB" font that's in there. Restart Rainmeter and add the meters you want and you're done.
New Features:
HP numbers now change.
All the text on the meters is now stored in the INI, rather than being part of the image, so you can change that around if you like.
Battery status now shows "Charging" when on AC power.
Meters for up to 4 cores now available.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

Make sure you right-click the background and select settings \ position \ on desktop. That should stop the background from coming to the top of the meters.
