Artist's Note

This series was inspired by HUD vision, but is growing well beyond Mepus influence.

This is a working Beta 3 of this skin, and other than a special request build there may be only one more release in this fashion.

So what is happening here.

Well here are the quick notes from my change log on the Rainmeter forum:
*Massive code update (Could still be a bit bloated, and I am still ironing this out)
*5 Weather image sets total
*3 Moon Phase Image sets to choose from
*New Font (Install is Not Required!!!)
*Added Night Forecast
*Chance of Rain for both Day and Night Forecast
*Cleaned up links
*Added Rainmeter Logo (w/ Link of forum and donations)
*Skin is 100% AccuWeather compliant at this time
*Skin is Compliant to the Rainmeter 1.1 that is to come
*Skin is RainBrowser compliant
*Updates made easier by Isolating all skin elements to their individual files.
*Complete Parse and Index is part of this skin

This skin is compliant with the new Rainmeter 1.1 released today, and ready to go.
trhis skin is also compliant with the new RainBrowser, and you are going to love it.
