Artist's Note
A happy accident playing with a new skin this weekend reminded me of the Japanese Rising Sun Flag. A little more reading showed there are several types of this flag, a little more coding gave two variants and I was especially please with the offset. One clock has the same number of rays as seconds, the other far fewer and therefore closer to the look of actual flag.
Rising Sun Flag is the military flag of Japan, this skin most closely resembles the Naval ensign, flown by ships of the Imperial Japanese Navy until 1945 and Japan Maritime Self-defence Force since 1954.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

I hope you did not know what does rising sun flag means.
please visit this web site and read it carefully.
for us, asians, the rising sun flag pretend same as nazi's flag, hakenkreuz. during World War 2 Japanese Government did many cruel things.
if you dont understand what you thinking, just pretand you just made damn clock with hakenkreuz.
Also you said japan maritime self-defence force, but you should know who start first. Japanese start the war first invade U.S.A even though, they knew they will lose the war, they still invaded the other countries and murdering tons of people. how does it self-defence? i think you dont know what does self-defence means.
