by msergt, most of the graphics are his and the ones that aren't are derivative works of his. Things I changed from the base skin include button functionality such as mouse over highlighting and the click animation, as well as changing the target of certain buttons and refining the opening code
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

any chance we can get some custom buttons? like a firefox instead of chrome. modifying the code to add or delete them is simple enough but the images themselves is what i'm after.

There you are, as far as the methodology, create 3 of the template in a row, move the main part of the middle one down two pixels, and in photoshop I used an outer glow effect on the left with 70% spread and 2 pixel radius.
