Is there anyway to have it interact with iTunes (on windows vista x64) instead of winamp?

when i moved the SUPERCOLOSSAL folder into a deeper directory, the timeline disappears... can some1 advise me how to retain the timeline?
p.s. move into deeper directory as in: originally it is in the rainmeter\skins\ folder. then i shift it to rainmeter\skins\personalise\ folder.
