Enjoy a new clock dimension

There are two versions of the skin. One for Rainmeter 0.12 and one for the version 0.13 final (but not Rainmeter 0.13 RC1).
This is necessary, because of one function that works different in both Rainmeter versions.
Thanks goes to all members who have debugged the old version.
