Artist's Note
1st ever top panel for Rainmeter. Can I get thumbs up for originality.
If you dont want icons on your desktop or need to be more organized, this is the perfect app, for your organizing needs... and for those that don't want to over kill there free version of ObjectDock, you'll wonder what you ever did without this app... RainPanel comes with a read me, which is really a tutorial on how to customize this app, and how to put new links and shorcuts on it...
Those who have used Aston, will find it very familiar. Those who have used Aston and switched back to the explorer shell and missed the toppanel will now enjoy it once again...
Not for use with dark backgrounds, because its a semitransparent background with black letter... so what do you expext to see, but if people want a version with white letters, just message me...

Wow! This is something. I've been trying to launch external apps for half a day from rainmeter, now you showed how to do that. If you don't mind, I'll use the method, and probably add a winamp control to my skin. ------Reading your review on my skin, I thought you don't like this whole glass hype, but now seeing your nice glass bar I guess I was wrong. :)

Only because its too bloody hard to add new shortcuts. Is there any way you could allow it to take full file names and not just 8dot3.
i guess this is partially my lack of knowledge but it is annoying
