Artist's Note
Took longer than anticipated. 3 configs, 2 sources...easier than how the README file appears...*read it*.
Icons made by Stardock; use with permission (inside).
Fixed some code for the parser - should work better. Sorry folks.

Looks nice... too bad it doesn't work.
I don't understand why you would put so much effort into this, yet fail to troubleshoot it properly or even ensure the readme file is included.
I hope you'll fix this soon. It could be a really good skin and would allow me to uninstall Konfabulator completely.

At first, thank you for the nice skin!
Got the 24hr forecast working, too bad the readme is missing.
He uses [url] for the actual weather and [url2] for the 24hr weatherforecast, the other urls are not used, as it seems.
In the 24-hr.ini, i renamed url3 to url2 (using the url of [url3] as [url2], assigned my icao-code to [url] and [url2] and figured out this parse-string to work for the forecast (msrweather2)(Date:2006-01-20):
RegExp="(?siU) (.*)(.*)fcicons/(.*).gif(.*) (.*)(.*)fcicons/(.*).gif(.*) (.*)(.*)fcicons/(.*).gif(.*) (.*)(.*)fcicons/(.*).gif"
Had to change StringIndexes of the following variables and now it works. Watch on the Rainmeter page on how to use the webparser.dll. Hope, this will help some people using this nice 24hr forecast skin ;)

I love it too, but I can only get the basic to work. I would love to use the 4 day forcast one, but so far no luck. (apparently in the 2 years since he added it, there still isnt a readme file)
