very disappointed i cannot get this to work, i know the rainmeter coding language, ive made rainmeter skins before (only released two). i have to delete the variable stuff (i tried putting in my location's url, still wouldnt work). then i get an error about not having the dll file (forgot the name). maybe i forgot to do something else, but i am disappointed nonetheless.

Sonic: Make sure you're running the latest version of Rainmeter v.10 (ie. prev versions did not have the webparser.dll).
As for the weather: Find your own city at first, then cut and paste the URL from the top of the browser to the variable section in the milkbar.ini file.
(Note: Rainy released a cool weather skin that contains a few more vars you can add to this skin.)
