Artist's Note

its not a final version cause i want to put more meters, but here it is; a meter for car enthusiasts...plus the meter actually uses a revolving png instad of those dull lines. For use with the new Rainmeter v0.10. I wanted to be the first to make a meter for the new rainmeter that uses this format, so enjoy, instructions on how to use in the zip...
