I think the background looks ok, and most of the foreground too, but the buttons seem to stick out a bit... they don't quite fit with the rest of the skin.

I can't decide how I feel about this one... has things that are appealing and things that are just abhorring (maybe hence the name thus +20 to my score)... I guess overall, this skin leaves a blah feeling.. [UPDATE} gee, no other comments? I guess I summed it up for everyone then huh?
