Had a few requests to update this to use with NextStart 3 so with some help from Jorge this is the result **
WorkShelf support added by thirdeye.
Ported from gef's wonderful Litestep theme of the same name.
Wallpaper kindly provided by Alex (http://mci-nl.com/mcinew/webcore).

Never used NextStart but that's a sweet skin, I really like the see-through circuit bits. Any chance of porting it to StyleXP?

i don't use nextstart.. but i like this alot.. thats about all i can say. i wont rate it though because i can't download it and use it.
