Artist's Note
This theme requires xPaintclass, so if you don't have it, or need to update to the latest build (1.0 update-4), you can download it here: http://www.ls-universe.info/request.php?60 Just put xPaintClass-1.0.dll in your Litestep folder.
So you don't get module loading errors, it would be a good idea to install some system dll's specifically for litestep. Download here: http://www.ls-universe.info/request.php?58 Put the dll's in your Litestep folder.
When first loading theme, if you are prompted about multiple DLL files found for rainmeter, check the "Install all dll files" box, then scroll down and select Rainmeter.dll, then click install.
If you don't want to install the included fonts manually, you are given the option to let LiteStep do it for you when you first load the theme. You will not be prompted again if you decline.
Everything you could need to know is in the included readme, so please read it before asking questions. Thank you.
Thanks to akka for being so amazing. I want to bear his children.
A lot of work went into this, so please enjoy. :)

Nevermind that last bit; I just looked at the things you included in the suite, not what was actually on the site.

This theme has so many features yet retaining a clean, organized look that sets a new level to LS themers. Also love how well you dealed with the configuration to the weather code.

The only wish I have for it is to be able to access the theme popup from someplace in addition to the desktop, e.g. maybe by shift-clicking on the start button.

>.< This makes me regret moving 100% Linux a little bit (tho I really didn't have that much choice in the matter). Oh well, I'll have to wait another month till I can try it out. Can't wait.

Just beautiful. I'd been using Nonstep for the longest time and this is the first skin that has got me to switch.
Its not quite as good in ease of access to settings (kind of buried in comparison), but the pros overwhelm that one inconvience.

This theme is amazing except for one minor thing, the graphs tab isn't showing any readings for me. http://i29.tinypic.com/dpd4eg.jpg
