Artist's Note
---------------------------------------- JUNE-1.0 by fractal.design --------------------------------- JUNE is a simple bar theme for Litestep. It can run under OTS2 or OTS3
There are no user evars to set. There are no images, JUNE uses GS.
I just wanted to build a simple theme to demonstrate OTS3 and GS compatibility.
-------------------- Theme files --------------- desktop.ini - This changes the JUNE folder icon in your filemanager.
GS.rc - This file maps all GS evars to xPaintClass/xModule settings. Its an easy portable file you can just include in a theme to enable GS compatibility.
icon.ico - This main theme icon, and only image used in the whole theme.
info.rc - OTS3 will read this and treat the theme as OTS3 compatible.
OTS2.rc - Provides support for GS (Global Schemes) compliant themes to run on OTS2. JUNE only loads this file if its being run under an OTS2 system.
readme.txt - Thats this file, silly biliy vanilly! :D
theme.rc - Where the JUNE theme is configured.
-------------------- OTS3/GS Info --------------- GlobalSchemes (or "GS" for short) are a way for any compatible Litestep theme to use a set of colors (scheme) to color itself. Similarly, any GS can color any compatible theme. Basically, GS is a list of evars a theme can use instead of actually specifying colors. For more information visit the GSdocs: http://www.fractaldesignz.orcon.net.nz/Litestep/GS/GSDocs.htm
OTS3 is the evolution of OTS2, and is still being developed (although completely stable). You can use old OTS2 themes under OTS3 (backwards compatible) You do not need python to install OTS3, simply copy the default profile and rename it to your username.
OTS3 (which includes GS) can be downloaded from http://www.ls-themes.org/docs/ots3.html
-------------------- OTS3 GS version --------------- JUNE's GS.rc uses GSdefault "0.1" If you are running OTS3, look in your GlobalSchemes\GSDefault.rc for the GSDefault version number If its less that "0.1" (or does not have a version number) then you will need to upgrade your GS. To upgrade: goto: http://www.fractaldesignz.orcon.net.nz/Litestep/GS/ download the correct version zip archive extract into litestep\GlobalSchemes\ !recycle

Hey i basically can't install it although i have LS3 installed, already worked fine with LaserDock-1.5 and LaserDock-2.0. I tried downloaded the JUNE-1.0.lsz and have put it in \Themes. When i edit themeselect.rc and choose the June theme and then Recycle i get an error that it can't load the theme. What can i do? Thx in advance!
