It's been a while since I checked out anyone elses themes other than my own. While I will give that it is minimal, it is too minimal. There just doesn't seem to be any effort involved.
I don't mean to belittle any themers' work, but this isn't even OTS2. It works, but it isn't correct. The $ModuleDir$ is never in the $ThemeDir$. Well, maybe back in OTS1, but that was forever ago.
I think you have been around a while, why not head over to ls-universe.info and participate on the forums. With your style and the veterans configurations, you could make something that would be really cool.

This is the best LiteStep Theme anywhere. I edited the popUp box to my liking and added icons to taskbar. Now I use it every day :D
