This one looks easy to use, very Windows-ish.
I'm trying to convert some friends to the power of LiteStep, and I think I'll recommend this theme.

It's plain, definetly not much style at all, but it's definetly SMART. VD stuff is almost always more trouble than it's worth and yours really looks like it works.
