Resubmitted with the wallpaper creator's full permission, more info in the readme.
Created originally for my girlfriend who wanted a pink skin, but made grey so less effeminate.
The amp controls are for itunes since i dont use winamp :).
The meters are only set up for 1024*768 or 1280*1024, on other resolutions they won't line up. If they dont line up on 1024*768 you need to set the wallpaper to centre not stretch in controlpanel>display.
Added a popup when u right click the little heart at the top right, if you want to modify the popup its in the themevars.rc file

Very creative. The graphics are a little bland but it's a great theme for a first try.

I like and dislike parts of your idea. Your pop up is fun. Using some sort of highlighting feature to better see desired applications might be an improvement, but still. Where I must take issue with your theme though is the size and location of your meters. Yep, they are cute too. But, I just can't give them that sort of real estate on my desktop(nevermind that I use my own walls). I imagine that it works nicely on your girlfriend's comp(for romantic reasons too), but you might want to rethink more than just the pink issue. And, hey, what's so bad about pink anyway? Nice first theme, keep designing. : )
