For your first theme, it's not bad. But in the future (or if you plan on revising this theme), you might want to consider aesthetics when you're doing the graphics. The gradiented ovals aren't completely terrible, since it's a pseudo-metallic greyscale theme, but the bright cyan you chose for the (oversized) Winamp controls has got to go. Personally, I'd have substituted a medium-dark grey (RBG 128, thereabouts) for the black in most of the text-based items, and gotten rid of the LCD-style font in the clock, but those are personal things, and you certainly shouldn't cater a theme around my opinions, because you will assuredly annoy most people. As it is, it's a good start, but there is room for improvement

@mince: your wall is really n1. personal i dont use the wall in the screen, because iam not a car freak. the wall is only for public realise.

@antimatter: i know, that i have problem with the graphics and i needed most of the time for them, because i had not really worked with a graphic prog before, so i dont know the speciel functions etc.

i hope, i have time to realise a new theme and then i try to make the graphics better.
