Artist's Note

this is a port from honz's original skin suite "grayscale" (permission in the zip). i know it's nothing much to look at, but it's pretty subtle and smooth in its own right. this was more an exercise for me in advance scripting than a graphical blowout. check out the animated taskbar with top/bottom/disabled settings and see what i mean.

works on 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, and 1600x1200. it's OTS2 and requires 2k or xp (for lsbox).
