Artist's Note

I like Gnome. This is my version of it with a bit of a twist. OTS Compliant for the most part.

Check out the readme for all the features and specs, screenie is pretty self explanitory though.

ok, i like this theme a lot, but it's not really OTS. the popup isn't user defined (easily fixable).
