Artist's Note

OTS compliant, rez independent from 800 x 600 up, autoinstalling wallpaper, all mods are draggable and can be hidden. This theme requires the IndieLS Build 05/30/2002 or later. My thanks to Nuvem for his kind permission to use his great wallpaper (permission included in zip). Let me know if you have any problems, I've only tested it on Win98 SE (techno laggard) so there is always a chance of problems.

There is a matching WindowBlinds skin which is available here. Hope you like it.
