I won't download this because of the res,but I see you demented the Blue Vortex backround...very unkewl seeing how it's one of my favorites...a 30 because I pity you.

At first glance it looks bright, but it's really a dark, low contrast theme. The white text is thin and small, and the motto at the bottom is really low contrast, and there isn't really a focus to it all, is there? Scattered shortcuts + Hard to distinguish shortcuts = unuseable shortcuts

Never been a fan of desktop shortcuts all over the screen.
