Shut up Raid. At least a Jock Strap does some good for some of us. Nice theme, me likey.

Luvverly, just luvverly. Though it's a bit big innit?

Danger, Will Robinson, danger!

the keyboard looks very nice

I would say this could have been better graphics wise, it just doesn't match how its loose and blurred on the left side, then all sharp and cluttered on the right side.... The concept is sound though, just need to harness the power....

I LOVE the wharf! Nice post-apoc. tech theme!

Excellant theme Modius, lovely GFX.... i alos like the space at the top to put you icq contacts =)

Damn, some people just don't get it. This is damn cool. I love the graphics. You got some real talent Modus. Keep up the work.

This theme deserves a 90, but I'm giving it a 100 to balance out that gay fuck univac's rating.

Seems that author for a long time worked with raytracers... or with copy'n'paste =P... The idea is good but spoiled. Functional elements are hard-to-locate... shell must be not only cool-lookin'... but functional too...

i find this theme very ugly, the bio-cyber look is totally gay. the only reason i give it any points is the work(not the look) on the background.
Ok it ain't like the minimalist themes i usually like, but the interface and graphics are simply unbelieveable, ima DL it just cuz i gotta check it out.

im sorry to say that this sucks... nothing special about it

Too busy. Ver futuristic, but also hard to setup and poor readme
Love the cyberpunk look. My only gripe is that it doesn´t work in lower resolutions.

Well, actually it is an original pic, by ModusOp, it is based on a book or somethin though. From the end of the info.txt it says "All graphics included herein copyright 1998 Neovision Designs, studio 208. For public use, given unaltered distribution." So I assumed it was his own artwork.

Once again amusemnet did not do his homework. This background is NOT origional hence the name Chiba city.

Amazing original background, shortcuts are a little hefty in ram, but the way they popup on the monitor is interesting, decent matching pops. Ratings: background design 45/45, desktop controls design (wharf, shortcuts module skins), 36/40, popups design 12/15 = total score: 93/100. Addendum for Razor's benefit: Actually Razor, I discussed what went into making this bg with ModusOp shortly after he released it (I think he used LiteWave if I remember correctly). I can guarantee you that it's completely original.

Raid is an idoit that has alot of ummm, issues. First of all he needs to get a real ISP (Or his parents do at any rate). This is a great theme! Good job keep on submiting!
Wow. I don't even use litestep, but I'm going to download it purely for the background. Wow.
I can't stand that eye always looking at me.
This was the first b24 theme i ever used aside from the default one! so i have to show some respect but i hate to say but it sucks in comparison to the other themes now but still modus had some really nice graphix good job
My first ever LS theme. Ah, memories. Perhaps I'll go back to it some day.
Its a little busy for my liking, but i don't think personal preferance should play a strong role in rating themes...it tends to bring ratings down on themes that deserve better...this is a very well made theme...keep up the good work Modus....
Had to give this a better rating than Raid did since he can find nothing better to do with his time that tear people down. Chiba City is visual eye candy and a lot of people appreciate it.. i know i do. Good job modus.

Theme? I think not! This is one of those litestep themes that is cool merely based on a the futuristic background. This theme has the functionality of my jock strap.
