Artist's Note
This is the Access Nocturnal theme. It provides a fast desktop environment based on shortcuts, keyboard shortcuts and the desktop menu. What is does not do is waste valuable screen real estate with the wharf bar. Enjoy!

Wow, what I reaction! All I can say is that I'm not an artist. I threw this theme together with the nicest graphics I could find because I had a few different ideas on how an efficient user interface should be done. This is my personal theme that I have put online because I was interested in other people's reactions and because I thought it might spark some ideas in terms of UI design. Graphically it is not meant to be anything more than a rip, and I don't claim that it is.

It's not hard to take Backlit's popups and put them on a digital blasphemy background...those look like Dot Studio icons too...try making some graphics yourself next time.

The background is Digital Blasphemy's "Nocturne" so that's a rip...and the windows looks like Blacklit. *shrug* what can i say...it's a rip....a rip with no wharf support.

What ever happened to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism? Try this: the theme only includes popups and shortcuts, a step.rc and a background. You need to add SUPPORT for the taskbar, & wharf, even if you don't use them yourself. The rest of us do... Also, bonus points for including an eFX/Window blinds skin, and the templates to create more shortcuts. And fix the arrow on the popup subfolder indicator - it's ugly. Lastly, you'll get about double to score from me if the graphics are yours, not a rip. Originality counts for some, but this is a litestep theme, folks, not a winamp skin. Functionality is far more important in this case.

Not orginal? So? This theme doesn't center on originality, but efficiency, and the good looks are a bonus. Did you even try it? A theme isn't just looks.

Looks like cheap rip-off. And so it is. And a well designed wharf does NOT waste space, because it will improve the ease of navigating your system.

low score is this--- DigitalBlasphemy background + Backlit popups = this theme .... who cares really, but this took about 5 minutes to make so it doesn't get a very high score

Whats with the low score? Looks decent, simple and clean, although the background can be better.
