Artist's Note

This is Razor's theme modified. Basically I was too lazy to redo graphics. They were simple enough and not much should be done otherwise it would ruin it by making it too complex. I added some great enchancements and changes as well as new backgrounds.

	report Explicitness says: Liking the bit of noir here, good job, but this much randomness is not needed. My tip, blend in that circle with the dashes on it with transparency, make the eye stick out as well as the line (make it come from the eye), and get rid of the scorpion, phoenix and that horrid vertigo background.
