Artist's Note
I made this a few months ago and I'm generally happy with the results. I used The GIMP mostly, with a little help from RealWorld Cursor Editor for more basic functions (like drawing a straight line) that The GIMP lacks.
They're designed to be attractive yet not distracting and they're best viewed with the "Tiles (48x48px)" view. 32x32 looks good too but 16x16 does need some work. Then again, what 16px icon doesn't?
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

I know the screenshot isn't the best. I resized the 48px icons for it and it just didn't work. The actual icons are much better.
