This is my second attempt at making a dock icon. My first was a dock icon for YeahWrite which isn't all that good. I feel I did a little better this time with the AbiWord icon. I'm going to have to go back and work on that YeahWrite icon.

very simple icon, could use more detail for a dock icon.

nah, maybe a little more thatn just that a shape, maybe a better defined border (shadow looks a little thick). It might look more dynamic if the lower side would bow in the opposite way.

try a giving it a background maybe. It's completely fine as it is, but there's always a way to notch something up.
