Needs a lot of improvement. Listen to others comments: consistency/uniform look and smoother graphics are two big issues with these icons.

Consistency is key in icon sets. They must look uniform; set-like. Keep at it man.

Quite rough, still lots of things need to be improved, try to use more appealing colour and make them looks smoother.
