Same problem here...although I was rather impatient and uninstalled it. I thought the problem was on my end. Oops. I'm using Trillian now as a (temporary, I guess) replacement, and I already miss Miranda. Sigh...

I'm feeling your pain - I installed AIM for the first time in awhile today. If anyone has a working IP, please throw it up!

This gets more attention than needed this is a custo site not a help desk And shit walls get x's and os's piss off.

The alternative is ... use a different protocol. For me, AIM has never been a protocol that has been worthy of using as a primary IM tool (especially over Miranda).
