Litestep System Tray
|
I don't know whats up with my system tray in Litestep. I only displays 2 icons. The volume and a safely remove hardware icon. I have tried re-installing litestep; did not work. I also tried other modules and still, nothing.
If someone could shed some light on my problem, I would be very greatful.

which other modules? have you tried vtray or xtray?
do you have any modules set to hidden in your personal.rc?
what OS are you running? xp? 2k? 9x? ME?
what build of litestep did you install/reinstall? .24.7? RC3? have you tried a build of xstep from ls-universe.info?
have you tried loading up a blank theme of just a popup and a systray? if you run !systrayiconinfo what does it output to your log file (do you have litestep set to log events?)

the second line... should say "items". it should not say "modules".
for a redux of that line, read this:
"do you have any items set to hidden in your personal.rc?

Could you post or link us to your theme.rc?
If there's a configuration error, someone here may be able to catch it and give you a fix.

are you using any stardock app like desktopx or objectbar, or have you installed them? there's an app called trayserver.exe (dunno if they changed it's name in recent versions) that loads on startup, remove it and ls's tray should work again.
