just change your settings to set the color depth of the icons to 16 bit :P

that's not what i meant.. i already changed it i want to know where i cand find some 16 bit icos in this or other sites

You switched to 16-bit color for a performance gain?

I do hope that was only for gaming, because for desktop use, the "improved" performance you'll realize is negligible.

If you are still running higher color depth for desktop, you gain nothing. You gain by lowering the color depth of the screen display. But that's very extreme though.
