uxtheme error

hey there!
I've been using 3DCC for a while...but now I wanted to use some VS, but whenever I apply it a RUNDLL error message prompts up saying that an error occured with uxtheme.dll and that there's a missing entry in line #64...o_O
It's not the first time I use VS..it used to work just fine..until now..
I've already googled for it, but found no error like this one.
Anyone can help?

have you tried re-applying the uxtheme patch?

using the Neowin multi-patcher? or nivenh's patch? or have you tried manually replacing it?

using neowin multi-patcher..And StrYdeR yeah same happens when applying VS through StyleXp..Oh well..guess I'll have to back up my stuff and re-format:\
