how do u change windows theme?

there has to be atleast 300 other threads on this exact same topic. if you really want help you could atleast give us more details. ie. is it a windowblinds, stylexp theme etc.

i think he means the theme in the properties menu.

if you wanna change that, you have to get StyleXP, and it costs $$.

First find out which program the skin needs...like windowblinds or is it for talisman or some other shell theme switcher???
