yup, it saves you trouble for app screenie, and .... cuts down on ram usage, image size and such when cropping

i most enjoy HoverSnap, it's cool that you can ctrl + printscreen and then just select a part of the screen that you want shot. it'll then dump it in the format of choice to your hard drive or even upload it via ftp.

I like pasting my PrintScreen dump to Irfanview. It's a very lightweight program which makes it perfect for the job.
