I recently went to install the UXTHEME for xp, but n i went to load it, it said it had failed. According to the directions it said not to proceed if this were to happen, is there anything I can do?

Thank-you! I'm not sure if uninstalling Windows Blinds helped or not(it seemed to work after that). But thanks, i now get to use Japan without Style XP :) - thanks again!
