Hi Rebecca,
Sorry, this really isn't a technical support forum...but I'll help you as much as I can.
Run32.dll is an application library that provides support to almost every application running under Windows 95 and Windows98. I have no idea what rundll32.exe is.
Other than that, I really can't be of much assistance. I recommend either checking with some support sites around the community. Windows 95 is rather old and buggy and you might even consider an upgrade at this point. I know Microsoft doesn't support Windows 95 anymore.

okay, enough trolling.
yes, there IS a rundll32.exe. lost it? you could either ask someone whos also running the same windows version as yours to send it to you, or you could get your win95 cd, try to see which .cab has it, and extract it from there.
i did the latter back when i used win95 and lost a couple of system files. i believe theres an extract utility within the windows cd, i forgot what/where it was. anyway, i believe the new versions of winRAR can open the .cab's, go and try that one.

oh, and windows 95? consider to upgrade. win2000 if your hardware permits; otherwise go with win98.
