Actually, I really like LTD's analogy...it makes perfect sense. With other sites falling by the wayside and still others failing to provide the same quality content and community, our traffic has risen sharply over the last few months.

It's not my connection... I view this site from home, work and school... all of which have the same problems, but on separate ISP's... If every site I went to had image problems, I'd agree, but every other site works fine.

I wasn't meaning to cause a riot, I just wanted to point something out that maybe the staff weren't aware of.

I know I'm not the only one who has these intermittent problems, as I've heard other user reports...

agent orange: have you tried to edit your hosts file? i had the exact same problem, until i entered these values in for custo:

open in notepad, if you're on 2k replace "windows" with "winnt", etc. you're windows directory.

hasch: it's just called "HOSTS" and it is located in:

C:\\Windows\\System\\Drivers\\Etc

open it in a text editor and then re-save it.
