okay, so i sez to myself, i sez: "hey, there's a little guy in the corner of the perl monks website, and he's holding a sign that says his name"
then i thinks, i thinks, "it'd be neat if instead he was holding the current time. and that for every minute, there'd be some other weirdo holding the current time"
then i seez one of them lightbulbs go on behind me.
so i clickz over to custo and sez:
hey guys, i'll start this little thing on liquidspin as soon as i get home, where people will submit little images of them (320x240) and put a time on it in some overly large font. i figure 12hrs * 60 minutes, so it's 720 images. considering thats about as many wallpapers as i rank daily, it should take about 15 minutes to finish ;)
then make a website (and proggy, and applet, and perl script, and 3d shooter, and mmorpg and and and) which displays the current time like that.
anyways, if you think it's a neat idea, grab a cam of you. the rule is -> it has to include a human being, it has to be a pic you took, and the time has to be perfectly legible at zoom of both 100% and 50%.
i'll write a script to upload it easier so that people dont clobber each other's 4:15s or whatever

wouldnt it be easier just to have 10 pics of 0-9 and go for there, i mean, its been done, picture clocks, with seconds and everything, just change the picture a lil, and u should be set, good luck in your quest, its alot of coding

I know I'm stupid, if you dont like it, then fuck off
oh, another question: do you want to do it in military time? or should there be two sets of pictures night and day? (and if so, should the be taken at the corrisponding time of day to get proper lighting?
