win xp icon help

is there a way to set the icons on win xp folders by doing it all at once? ie. setting a folder and including all sub-folders? otherwise the only other way i know of is changing all the folder icons manually, one at a time.

i dunno if this works, but change one folders icon, then go tool>folder options> view tab and click "Apply to all folders"
