i am in awe of pretty much everything i see here. i'm 15 years old and have been making webpages since i was about 11 or 12. currently, i use paintshop pro for all my graphics. for html, I use notepad. i'm planning on getting photoshop and other programs. i would like to know how to get started into designing better graphics and pages. I feel like i've grown to the almost the fullest extent possible that i can from notepad and psp. I havent taken any classes whatsoever. I recently tried out dreamweaver 4, and it seems impossible for me to get comfortable with. So, can anyone tell me how i can get better? What programs should I start using? What path should I take? I really want to be a web and graphic designer when i grow up and goto college. help... please?

posting messages is fun, but counting sheep till the sun rises is also fun. as the birds awake singing their lullaby, i gracefully wake up and ponder the thought of running in circles. i find myself in a profound distraction from life and hop on one foot after doing several cart wheels down the stairs. thank you for your time in which i have stolen from your life and for the buttons that you pressed in posting the comments. :)
theres lots and lots of sites with good tutes like the ones at wasted youth. thinkdan.com comes to mind. use places like pixelcore to find more graphic art sites and absorb every damn thing you can... but first find a way to get ps6. (\ /) (~.~)
hey juriku, do you have anywork posted, like a website or some graphics that we could see? That would help us gauge your ability, and where you can go from that.
btw, i started when i was 9, im 15 now... dont brag too much, i did my middle school's old webpage, but i moved to high school, they found another webmaster, and he sucks major ass :)

I used Hyper Card to make annimations in middle school. that was around 91, 92.
Before that i was using monkey jump typing code to in 86-88 to creat 25 lines of code that repressented dots blowwing up other dots in mig screen collisions.
i remember my dads laptop he used for work. talk about slow. b4 the days of the internet. what did we all do then?? was that when we went outside our rooms more than once a month?
